Shipping to Switzerland
All orders of 200 CHF or more are shipped free of charge via Swiss Post. A shipping fee of 6.50 CHF applies to smaller orders.

Delivery time for Made-to-Order jewelry:
For jewelry made to order, please note the information provided on the product page. Depending on the design, delivery may take 2–8 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery takes 2–3 business days from the time of shipment and can be tracked using a tracking number. The package must be signed for upon delivery.

 

Shipping within Germany
All orders of 200 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via DHL from our German warehouse. This means that No customs duties or additional VAT will be charged. For small orders under 200 EUR, a fee of 7.00 will be charged.

 

Shipping to Europe (excluding Germany)
All orders of 200 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via DHL from our German warehouse. This means thatNo customs duties or additional VATwill be charged. For small orders under 200 EUR, a fee of 18.00 will be charged.

Worldwide Shipping
All orders of 500 CHF or more are shipped free of charge via DHL Express.
Orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to VAT and customs duties.

 DHL Express / UPS
Delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of shipment and can be tracked using a tracking number.
A fee of CHF 50.00 applies for express shipping.
