Once we have received the merchandise in its original packaging, within the return period, and in resalable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you selected.

Unannounced return shipments
If you return a product to us without prior notice, we will not be able to process the return properly. Furthermore, without a written notice of withdrawal, there is no clear indication that you are withdrawing from the contract. For this reason, unannounced returns will not be processed.
