My first diamond

Yesterday, I rediscovered something very special – my first diamond. A gift from my beloved grandmother, which she gave me for Christmas when I was 16 years old.

Even today, I wear this diamond with great joy and admire it every time I look in the mirror, even though it may no longer be the size I would prefer nowadays. (The necklace in the picture on the right).

But this stone means more to me than just jewelry – it is a connection to my grandmother, who is unfortunately no longer with us. The rest of her jewelry was stolen, but this piece remained with me and has accompanied me ever since. Every time I wear it, I feel her closeness and protection.
